CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES 

• U.S. BUYERS:  Unless otherwise noted (promotions, etc), tariffs will be charged in advance on checkout.  NO additional taxes/fees will be charged on delivery (we will pay them on this end).
• All international orders made by individuals will be marked as 'personal use' 
• As per Japanese law, all international packages will be marked at full transaction value.
• Any customs/import fees incurred are out of our control and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  If you are unsure of your country's customs laws, please inquire directly with your local customs office before purchasing.  
• If import any customs fees/import duties are charged by your local customs office and remain unpaid, your package may be returned to us by FedEx.  In this event, please note that we are only able to refund up to the amount of the purchase price minus all shipping expense (from Japan and return to Japan).
