CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES β ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
- As per Japanese law, all international packages must be declared at full transaction value.
- Any customs or import fees incurred outside the U.S. are out of our control and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- If you are unsure of your country's customs laws, please inquire directly with your local customs office before purchasing.
- If customs fees remain unpaid and your package is returned to us, we can only refund up to the purchase price minus all shipping expenses (outbound, return, etc).
PROXY ORDERS
- Shipping costs for proxy orders are calculated based on actual weight and destination β the $15 flat rate does not apply.
- U.S. proxy orders also ship DDP β duties (13%) and brokerage fees ($15) are included in the deposit calculation.
